Trial, cancellation and withdrawal

Free trial month

When you start Cam-Wise Plus for the first time, you get one month free. You pay nothing during the trial month. If you cancel during the trial, Plus ends and your account automatically returns to Free. The free trial month is available once per user.

After your trial

After the trial, Cam-Wise Plus costs €2.99 per month including VAT. The subscription renews monthly and can be cancelled online through your account.

Cancel

You can cancel Cam-Wise Plus online through your account. You pay nothing if you cancel during the trial. After a paid period, you keep Plus access until that period ends; your account then automatically returns to Free.

Withdraw from an agreement

For a Plus agreement made online, the statutory withdrawal period applies. It lasts fourteen days from confirmation of your agreement. You can withdraw from your agreement during that period without giving a reason.

Use the email button below or email support@cam-wise.com directly. Include your name, the email address on your Cam-Wise account and a statement that you want to withdraw from your Plus agreement. If possible, also include the date you subscribed to Plus. You do not need to give a reason. Cam-Wise will confirm receipt of your request by email.

Delete your account

Deleting your account is different from cancelling Plus or withdrawing from a Plus agreement. Check your subscription status and complete any cancellation or withdrawal first, if needed, before deleting your account.
